Murder Suspects Enter Plea In Court
A couple pleaded not guilty at court to a murder charge for the death of a Carson man whose body was discovered last month in a parking lot in Carson. Police reported that the death was caused by a blow to the head by a blunt object. The police arrested the couple after some witnesses called the police reporting an altercation between the couple and the deceased man. The couple attempted to flee the police, but was immediately stopped by the first officers on the scene. After arresting the couple, the police gathered some more information from the witnesses at the scene of the crime and charged the couple with murder. At the hearing earlier this month, the couple pleaded not guilty and a new court date has been scheduled for later this year. The investigation is still ongoing and no new information has been released regarding any new evidence or leads on what actually happened that night.
